Factory & Quality Control
Two production bases and one quality system. Shenzhen handles engineering, moulding and precision harnesses. Our Wuzhou, Guangxi plant (since 2022, over 10,000 m²) runs cable extrusion, moulding and full assembly lines. Together they produce 8 million+ cords a year.
Cable extrusion
Wuzhou has its own extrusion lines, which draw copper conductors and PVC compound through a die into insulated cable of the required diameter and shape. Making our own cable means we control conductor size, insulation thickness and consistency from the start.

Laboratory & test equipment
The laboratory has been expanded since early 2023. It includes FLUKE electrical safety testers, a power cord comprehensive tester, an impedance tester, an automatic vibration tester, a 2D image measuring instrument, a natural-convection ageing oven and plug temperature-rise test equipment.

Quality control
- Incoming inspection (IQC): materials are inspected before they enter the warehouse; failures go back to the supplier.
- Sealed samples: every product has an approved reference sample that production is checked against.
- First-article and in-process inspection (IPQC): crimp pull-force is re-tested whenever the material, die, operator or batch changes, and every crimp is inspected.
- 100% testing: continuity (loop) test and visual inspection on every piece.
- Outgoing inspection (OQC): final sampling before shipment, with records kept for traceability.
- Daily improvement: defects found each day are analysed and fed back to operators the same day, with regular training.
The result is a defect rate below 0.02%. The quality system is certified to ISO 9001.
